Our H Series lightweight export pallets weigh under 7 kilograms which helps reduce your transportation costs whilst still holding up to 1 tonne in goods. Due to their lightweight nature they are very safe and easy for your staff to handle and manoeuvre

These plastic pallets are made from specially selected 100% PPC material as it provides high impact and compression strength. These pallets are also extremely cold and heat resistant and will withstand temperatures ranging from as low as -50°C to as high as 60°C.

The grille deck structure of the pallet has been carefully designed to ensure maximum protection for products. This export pallet comes with a convenient 4-way forklift system allowing the pallet to be picked up from any direction, an advantage when working in tight spaces.

This pallet does not produce chips or particles during application making it safe for industries such as food and pharmaceuticals. They are manufactured using a 'One-Shot' moulding process, with a special method used for the adhesion of connecting parts. This eliminates the need for protruding metal fasteners such as bolts and nuts and nails.

Our lightweight pallet weighs up to 80% less than equivalent wooden pallets with the same dimensions.
